BURTON & SOUTH DERBYSHIRE FEDERATION.

DAVIS, WRIGHT & SONS TAKE 1-2-3 OUT OF MARLBOROUGH (1).

Once again racing was put back by 24 hours due to a poor forecast given out on the Thursday for the Saturday. Sunday was forecast to be a very good day and that is what materialised, I don’t think many if any Midland feds raced the South Road route on the Saturday?

67 Members from 8 clubs sent 1503 birds which were liberated by Alys at 10-10 in a light SW wind. The East side of the federation dominated this week, with South Derbyshire lofts virtually filling the top twenty.
