Nestmate 2nd club Monmouth 3 weeks ago, also taking first share of pools. 2nd a blue cheq darkness Vandenabeele cock calling to the nest, M&D Evans breeding, a grandson of Ronan which takes next share of pools, 3rd another blue cheq Vandenabeele hen, M&D Evans x Red Star lofts, 4th a blue darkness Vandenabeele hen, sis to the above bird.

This was followed by a blue Busschaert and a blue Gaby hen bred by R Dodd & Son of Chester. 3rd Mr&Mrs Graham & Hellen Kendrick with a cheq hen out of Alan Atkinson stock given to Graham by brother Kevin when he gave up the sport.
Mold. 1st B Lovelock with a blue pied Janssen bought at the Llay yb sale and bred by George Lawrence, Wirral. 2nd Parry & Quayle with a blue Busschaert hen. 3rd B Hughes & Son with a blue Deemeester x Gevaert hen, 4th GM Connah&Maidment with a blue Heremans Cuester x Lefebre Dheanen cock.
Shotton. 1st V Jacobs & Son with a blue Vandenabeele hen bred by E.O Jones (Penro) Jones of Mostyn. 2nd club J Lawless with a Van Loon cheq hen bred by Fanvanger&Son of the Wirral, 3rd E Davies with a Vandenabeele hen out of Dave Hawkins of Doncaster stock, 4th T Allen no details.
Ellesmere. 1st and 2nd A Lawley with a Dereck Jones Gaby x Steve Gore van de Rhee same way bred as 3rd open MNFC in 08 and a Gebr Heester x Wildy of Dereck Jones (the dam of this one has won 5 x 1sts). 3rd P Watkins with a gift bird from R&D Dovaston, nestmate to the cock who won 2 x1sts earlier for them. 4th R & D Dovaston, a Kevin Hurst van de rhee x van de Weyer, sire bought at the late Gorden Roberts' sale for £10.
