6 Race Review
I like to see consistent performances so thought I’d look at fed positions taken by pigeons in the opening 6 races.
One pigeon is extremely impressive having taken fed positions in 5 of the first 6 races.

5th (1334 birds), 28th (1583 birds), 17th (1495 birds), 16th (1456 birds) and 22nd (851 birds).
Very impressive Graham and Barry, well done.
With 4 fed positions in the opening 6 races are 4 other pigeons.

9th (1334 birds), 22nd (1547 birds), 11th (1583 birds) and 38th (1456 birds).

34th (1547 birds), 15th (1583 birds), 20th (1456 birds) and 24th (851 birds).
John and Charlie’s yearling Geveart Cross x Van Den Bulck Hen has scored following:

Sorry for indulging in some analysing, it is something I really enjoy doing. I hope some find it interesting.
In my own loft
My son Josh, who is 7 years old has only ever held a pigeon at ringing age. On collecting some stunners from Andrew Lawley, he asked if he could hold a bigger ‘baby.’ I have included a photo of Josh looking immensely proud. Thank you so much Andrew for the young birds.
