The Hull Federation got their 2016 season under way on the 9th. April from Sleaford, After waiting whilst the low cloud and rain had cleared the birds were liberated at 1o'clock into a W.S.W. wind. Takng 1st 2nd 3rd. club were the partnership of Pete and Carol Carmichael . Peter is the new secretary of Hessle F.C. having taken over the reins from Gill Goodwin Pete's wining bird is a blue cheq. cock taking 1st. club vel. 1753 also winning 1st. Hull S.R. federation bred from Evans x Cuthbert birds, both parents being winners for Pete and Carol, 2nd. club vel. 1748 also 3rd. federation was a 2 y.o. hen which is the same way bred as the above winner . 3rd. club vel 1747 also 4th federation was a yearling hen from the late Brian Wade x Dave Robinson lines being a winner as a young bird.4th. club vel. 1730 were Vanessa Colby and Kevin Baker with a 2 y.o. Buschaert cock which scored as a yearling bred from "Black Magic" line.
