Hessle FC. held their young bird breeder/buyer sale on Friday 24th March, it was good to see a great turn out of fanciers to the event. This was down to all club members who played their part in making the night a success and a success it was, shows what can be done when we all pull together, just like the good old days.

Many thanks must go to Andy Colby who sold the pigeons what a marvellous job he did, and to our secretary and treasurer who did the paperwork. To Allan Jones who did the fetching and carrying for the auctioneer. Vanessa, Bernard and Barry Milburn for organising the "Buffet”. To all those who donated birds for the sale and Bob Hemmingway for picking up sale birds. Every one deserves a pat on the back for a job well done.
