In Derby Premier taking three of the first four positions also second Derby Burton & District South Road Federation was Paul & Lynda Todd. Taking the red card was a two year old mealy hen doing 1426 winning its 3rd first prize and is also a previous fed topper. Their second pigeon was a two year old blue cock doing 1386 to take third prize with a three year old cheq cock doing 1378 to take fourth congratulations to both of you. In second position was L.D.S. Johnson with a yearling cheq cock doing 1396.
The Burton & South Derbyshire Federation got theirs away at 11-00 in a north wind. Getting the first pigeon into Derby and getting the red card in Osmaston Park Homing Society and putting the icing on the cake topping the Burton & South Derbyshire Federation was Mick Stone with a two year old dk/cheq cock doing 1429. (Congratulations Mick).In second & fourth positions was Steve Stone. His first pigeon was a three year old cheq hen doing 1427 which was second Burton & South Derbyshire Federation followed by a yearling grizzle hen doing 1412 congratulations Steve. In third position was Dave Glew with a two year old cheq pied cock doing 1413.

Mick Stone Osmaston Park Homing Society winner also topping the Burton & South Derbyshire Federation. - John & Pamela Dowd Ilkeston Bulls Head Flying Club winners.

In Ilkeston Bulls Head Flying Club John & Pamela Dowd take the top two positions with the red card going to a two year old blue hen doing 1402 which is its second first followed by a two year old cock doing 1399.874.In third & fourth positions was Rick Shelton with two yearlings doing 1399.871 and 1399.694.
In Derby South Road Flying Club Paul & Lynda Todd made a clean sweep taking the first four positions.Their winner was a blue yearling hen doing 1396 which is a daughter of their Derby Premier winner followed by a followed by a blue hen doing 1363 then a three year old b/pied hen doing 1357 with a two year old dk/cheq cock doing 1348 to take fourth.
In Etwall & District Flying Club Tony & June Whitehurst get the winner with a yearling mealy hen doing 1375, one of his Eric Ceulman pigeons which originate from Ricks & Spiers. In second position were A.Peach & Son with a cheq hen doing1373.With Alan & Liz Houldsworth taking third & fourth positions with a two year old cheq cock doing 1372.4 and a five year old blue cock doing 1372.
