NEW YORKSHIRE MIDDLE ROUTE FED NEWS WITH SUE.

This week the race was from St Albans on the 8 of June where there were 2,220 birds liberated in a Westerly wind. Topping the Federation and Section B is Richard Dodsley on 1465. Topping Section C is Phil Bolton on 1458. Topping Section A is Premier Mill Lofts on 1454. Topping Section E is Martin Wilkinson on 1453. Topping Section D is D. Robinson on 1445. Well done to everyone on the result and once again an excellent race.

SECTION B

Ravenser Flying Club. 11 members sent 185 birds with the red card going to Richard Dodsley on 1465 with an Ali Bros yearling cock won as young bird topped Section.    Second Third and Fourth places went to multi fed prize winner John Eastburn on 1458 1458 and 1457 with his granddaughter off his Stafford hen. 

Holderness Flying Club. 4 members sent 58 birds with the red card going to Plant & Wainwright on 1403 bought off Ray Lund stock. Second place going to Paul & Helen Johnson on 1395 with a John Wright Cooper x Premier stud Sablon which has had every race of the season and been their only entry and scored. Third place went to Kenny Lister on 1380 with Gary Cox bred cock which has had 4 x 1sts. Fourth places went to Kenny Lister on 1379 with a Leo Hermans x Alfie Hawthorn cock has already won this season 

Cottingham Homing Society. 5 members sent 27 birds with the red card and next four places going to K. Hayward having a good day on 1388, 1328, 1327 & 1305.   No Details given.  

Withernsea H. Society 4 members sent 40 birds with the red card going to Alec & Margaret Dodson on 1287 with Tony Choice x J. Rawson. Second and Fourth places went to Alec & Margaret Dodson on 1261& 1248 with a pair of French x J. Rawson. Third place went to Alec & Margaret Dodson on 1248 with a John Rawson

SECTION C

Beverley & District Club. 9 members sent 143 birds with the red card going to Phil Bolton on 1458 with a 2yr old Darren May cock was 2nd last week. Second Fourth places went to Jon Leskiewicz on 1457 & 1443 with a pair of David Sara Herman Ceuster hens both are Multi prize winners. Third place went to Phil Bolton on 1446 with a 2yr old Vandenbulck cock. 

Driffield Homing Society. 6 members sent 63 birds with the red card Second and Fourth places going to George Atkinson on 1388 1372 & 1359 with is Gaby Vandenabeel winning pigeons. Third place went to G & G Ringrose on 1359 with his Louis Thijs x Leo Hereman with his winning breeds. 

North Hull Club. 8 members sent 108 birds with the red card going to Micky Foster on 1426 out of Wayne Brownlee & Shane Reading stock. Second place went to Tim Smith on 1417 Own breed Bulck. Third place went to Mr & Mrs Keith Haldenby on 1416 broken off Mick Mallinson Bulcks. Fourth place went again to Tim Smith on 1407 out of Shane Reading stock.  

Kingston Flying Club. 12 members sent 189 birds with the red card going to Chris Leaming on 1452 with a Bulck from Atkinson & McDonald of S. Shields stock. Second place went to Phil Wood on 1445 with the previous week’s winner bred by Gary Cox. Third place went Bennett & Reading on to 1455 with a multi winning Hereman Ceuster. Fourth place went to Phil Wood with another Bulck bred by Gary Cox which is another multi prize winner.

SECTION A

Flamborough Homing Society. 9 members sent 257 birds with the red card Second Third and Fourth places all going to Premier Mill Loft (Lisa Kerry & Steve) on 1454, 1454, 1454 & 1439 all from their Premier Mill Lofts stock.   

Wolds Flying Club. 2 members sent 29 birds with the red card & Second, Third & Fourth places going to Barry Temple on 1452 with his Lambrechts.

Scarborough Social Club. 9 members sent 133 birds with the red card going to Allen Ingle & Pete Midgley on 1406 with a Herman Ceuster. Second place went to Derek  Howard & Paddy Johnson 1399 with Paddy Johnson breed. Third place went to Allen Ingle & Pete Midgley on 1395 with an Alex Dox breed. Fourth place went to Terry & Paul Douthwaite on 1384 with a Martin Wood breed.

Whitby Premier Club. 7 members sent 133 birds with the red card going to S. Mallinson & Son Robert on with a 2yr old Louis Thijs x Rudy van Reeth hen.    Second place went to Robert Mallinson on 1382 with a Louis Thijs x Frans de Coux x Patrick Mutter wins all pools. Third place went to Robert Mallinson on 1382 again with a yearling Woodroffe Bros stock bred by good friend Callum and Frank. Fourth place went to D. P. Abbott on 1381with a 2yr old Van den Bulck roundabout hen.

Foxhills Flying Club. 14 members sent 193 birds with the red card going to Martin Wilkinson on 1453 Second place went to Frail & Hewitt on 1444 Third place went to Keith Atherton on 1433 Fourth place went to Keith Atherton on 1432   No Details given.  

Brigg Flying Club. 11 members sent 148 birds with the red card going to T. Dawson on 1448. Second Third and Fourth places went to J. Jacklin on 1447, 1432 & 1426    

Barrow Homing Society. 6 members sent 114 birds with the red card Second & Fourth places going to A. Jacklin on 1426, 1408 & 1397. Third place went to Shane Stockdale on 1398.  No Details given.  

SECTION D

Hessle Flying Club. 13 members sent 252 birds with the red card going to J & G Goodwin on 1436 with a Sablon x Kev Kingston was third from St Albans. Second place went to Bob Smith on 1435 with a Sablon x Carrera nest mate won. Third place went to Bob Smith on 1434 with a Carrera. Fourth place went to George Rudd on 1430 with a Herman Ceuster scored as y.bird.

West Hull Club. 4 members sent 59 birds with the red card Second and Third Place went to Jamie Martindale on 1442, 1441 & 1431. Fourth place went to George Hall on 1404. No Details given.  

Hull Millennium Club. 11 members sent 198 birds with the red card going to Dave Robinson on 1445 with a Mark Evan Vandenabeel won 3 1st this year. Second place went to Dave Robinson on 1440 with a Hoyman x Vandenabeele taking its first card. Third placed going to Scott Marritt on 1437 with a gift bird off Jon Lesikiewicz has had 2 x 2nd & 3rd last three weeks. Fourth place went to Dave Robinson on 1431with a yearling Vandenabeele hen off Ben Oakley Skyfall hen.
