NEW YORKSHIRE MIDDLE ROUTE FED NEWS WITH SUE.
This weeks race was from Reed on the 17th of May where there was 2,921 birds liberated in a North North East wind which was very cold in places. Topping the Federation and Section C is Ian Bennett & Shane Reading on 1307. Topping Section B is Alan Cook on 1306. Topping Section E is J. Jacklin on 1306. Topping Section D is Robert Smith on 1304. Topping Section A is Premier Mill Lofts on 1298 Well done to everyone on the result and another excellent race recorded.
SECTION C
Kingston Flying Club. 12 members sent 228 birds with the red card going to Bennett & Reading on 1307 with a Willem de Bruijn that topped the fed as a y/b. Second place went to Bennett & Reading with a Hereman Ceuster with 2 x 1st to its credit. Third place went to C. M Wood & Son with Bulck bred and raced as a Y/B by Gary Cox and a previous winner as a Y/B. Fourth place went to C M Wood & Son with another Bulck bred and raced by Gary Cox as a Y/B and a previous prize winner.
Beverley & District Club. 9 members sent 154 birds with the red card going to Mick Mallinson on 1306 with 2yr old Paul Woodmansey hen which won as a young bird. A close second place went to quite man Nigel Perry on 1295 with a 2yr old Van den Bulck hen from Louella stock which won as a young bird, unlucky Nigel. Third place went to Mick Mallinson on 1269 with a Gary Cox 2yr old Better than Bolt had two 1sts last year. Fourth place went to Mick Mallinson on 1262 with a yearling Van den Bulck cock.

Third place went to Tim Smith on 1263 with one bred by Mark Trinder of Doncaster. Fourth place went again to Micky Foster on 1246 with one bred by Shane Reading.

Fourth place went to Richard Dodsley on 1286 with a Thijs x Syndicate lofts taking its first card.
