THE EINSTEIN/HAWKING PHENOMENON

Two huge figures within the popular consciousness of the times, they are archetypical scientists and revered personalities. I am not keen on some of the common beliefs and dogma surrounded them and generated by the mass media. The inner nature of any science or the mind behind it does not necessarily represent absolute truth about the cosmos or anything which we perceive or believe to be out there. As i have questioned myself,i would question both of these famous, iconic men on their beliefs and theories-we have a tendency to elevate them as Gods. Making an impact into contemporary consciousness can see the metamorphosis of clever people into  transcendent myths and legends. Beware as the work of the minds of men can all be flawed ,depending upon how it is analysed and perceived-a sobering reality to me. It seems the measured IQ of these two cultural giants is unknown in relation to say Mensa or The Prometheus Society. There are millions of people who reject science in favour of religious or philosophical belief. Al these elements appear to be united by humanity ,do they not? A wonder what an alien would make of all this ?

LEARNING FROM THE MASTERS.

We may begin with a basic love of birds on a long journey ,which may lead to some mastery of the intracacies of the sport. Wise to read, study the methods and minds of the celebrated people in the sport. You may become like a sorcerers apprentice and fall under his charismatic spell. If he sees potential in you  as a mentee, you may learn deep and esoteric knowledge from the man himself. Initially i was helped by my father 65 years ago,and have been keen to learn ever since. Parental influence and pressure are key varaiables    in the intricate pattern of education. I like characters with insight into birds and country matters, and have learned from some wonderful people in Derby,York and Lincolnshire. You learn the knowledge, attitudes and values of the good and the great. In my peer group the greatest fancier to come out of Strensall PRS is Brian Denney-a ghost written book of the man and his birds would have been a best seller , yet this countryman is happy to race and sell his birds. I would like to thank all the lecturers and professors who have been a major influence in my amazing career.

THE VISIONARY MIND

This singular individual  is blessed with the gift of foresight, and is able to focus on and visualise distinct possibilities for the future. In my sensitised experiences i have had some powerful presentiments, and deeply intuitive and perceptive experiences. They are more powerful and significant than day dreams or mindfulness resulting from contemplation on the inner man. Where possible i put my visions into practice and act upon my intuitions. The secret,as a poet and creative writer,is to separate good visions from fantasy on a day to day, earthly level. You have to integrate the subjective world of the inner psyche, with the influence and the demands of the perceived external world of inanimate objects and people. You may have an insight of me as a mad professor archetype-i perform quite well as an eccentric thanks.  I do recall Enoch Powell as a luminous visionary. Thoughts and comments from the readers please.

AUTUMN TRAINING OF YOUNG BIRDS.

Later hatched ybs eg in June can be tossed in September and October. You will need to be keen and motivated to do this ,as many fanciers are fed up by July with the rigours of the season. In the autumn are less birds in the sky ,and your team of trainers  may well come well in warm breezy conditions. End of August and our 45 are yet to be trained. In reality, and with open loft ranging,yb training is not essential . It is crucial that the birds eat all they can eat and have a complete moult. The potential of a bird is born with it-up to you to bring it out in practical racing. The quality of the fancier is so important to results in racing.
