CHRISTMAS DAY WITH THE BIRDS

As dedicated men, we do not let convention interfere with our basic management philosophy of our racing pigeons. The birds are showing nice condition for July 2015, and will be flying out as the fantasy figure of Santa inhabits chimneys as a spirit of the collective imagination. The pre-breeding treatments have been carried out and it's all systems go, as Xmas is just another day in the life of Barcelona men. It is being unusual and creative that inspires us not slavish adherance to a societal norm. An advantage for some as this period of the year is more time to study the birds, far away from the madding crowd. In the spirit of the times, bon chance and happy flying to you all - and I hope you saw THE SNOWMAN on the TV - a spiritual work of the imagination.
