Getting the first pigeon into Derby and taking the red card in Etwall & District Flying Club was Alan & Liz Houldsworth.Their winner was a cheq hen doing 1668.In second & third position

was Dave Williams & Son with a cheq cock doing 1473 followed by a mealy cock doing 1454 with A.Peach & Son in fourth with a blue hen doing 1453.

In Osmaston Park Homing Society the red card went to Roy Gregory & Son with a blue hen doing 1627.In second position with a blue pied hen

which was bred by Steve Stone doing 1559 was Hall & Torry followed by Dave Glew in third with a b/pied cock doing 1495.8.

Taking fourth position was Mick Fearn with a blue hen doing 1495.6.

In Derby South Road Flying Club the red card went to Mr & Mrs Noel Wylie with a dk/ch cock doing 1382.In second & third positions with a mealy cock doing 1209

and a blue hen doing 994 was Mick Leszczyscak with Simon Woolley in fourth with a blue cock doing 802.

In Ilkeston Bulls Head Flying Club John & Pamela Dowd continue to dominate with their in form loft taking the first three positions.

Their winner was a cheq hen doing 1683 followed by a blue cock doing 1680 then a cheq cock doing 1679.In fourth with a blue hen doing 1640 was Roger & Mark Duffield.

Derby Premier were at Bedhampton with the Derby Burton & District South Road Federation for their championship race.

The pigeons were liberated at 07-50 in a west south west wind.Making a clean sweep was Paul & Lynda Todd with a cheq hen taking the red card

doing 1458 followed by a blue hen doing 1388 then a blue cock doing 804 then a blue hen doing 587.
