ACROSS THE MIDDLE

PETERBOROUGH 2 - JUNE 2012

For the second week running the UP NORTH COMBINE were at Peterborough. This was due to the liberation site at Huntington being closed on a Sunday. Because the weather forecast for the weekend was not that good for a race on Saturday, the decision makers decided to put back 24 hours, but the West Durham Amal had basketed theirbirds for a race the same day as us and they were going to go to Huntington. Is the liberation site not that big? We go where we are told to go by the powers that be and the birds went away as normal on Saturday afternoon, but the only thing is, that the birdage is dropping rapidly for the inland races. This i think is due to the rubbish weather that the country has been having over the past couple of months, so let's get dowt to the results.
