I would like to thank Kevin Matthews and Alan Peach for sending me their club results every week to make Derby Notes possible. One person who deserves a special thank you is our Driver/Convoyer Alys Evans whose work commitment over the season has been impeccable once again over the 2024 season with some very difficult decisions which had to be made at certain times, thanks to our wonderful English weather. I would also like to thank the club secretaries Steve Stone, Alan Peach & Sue Gration and Sue's assistant Kevin Matthews who give up their time to make sure that their clubs run efficiently. This is not a job members exactly que up to do at the clubs A.G.M. So once again thank you. Another thank you from Holbrook Miners Welfare Members to Trevor Jennings who is always there to help out on a Friday night although he is no longer a member. Once again our secretary at Osmaston Park Homing Society Steve Stone would like to say thank you to the basketing team George Torry, Mick Willis and clock setter Mick Stone for their efforts over the season also those members who stay behind on a Friday to load the transporter.
