We have recently received feedback from participants commenting that they did not think it fair or realistic to distribute the prize, after analyzing the proposals that we have made we think they are right.
When the bases of the competition of this year were made, they were made under the premise of a great participation due to the interest shown by the possible participants in the different shows in which we were promoted last year. But due to recent events we have reconsidered the bases and prepared new ones that are realized under a more realistic premise of the situation in which we find ourselves and much more competitive than any other similar competition.
We keep in mind that as things are 700 teams is a fictional goal, so we decided to change the target to 600 teams and keeping the total sum of prizes. If we achieve the milestone of 700 teams we plan to make a special prize, but 100% of the prizes are reduced to 600 teams, reducing the amount of them depending on the percentage of teams in relation to this amount. Thus with 300 teams 50% of the prizes are distributed and with 150 teams 25% of the prizes.
With this new update of the bases we consider that we have a realistic and fair competition, in this way you can enjoy much more
