Radicalisation of Rules and Procedure!

 

 

Recent and ongoing publicity highlights that reviews and changes in the rules and administration of the sport will evolve attitudes, the politics and the organisation of it. A series of committee meetings will look at the small print and the minutiae applicable to pigeon racing. Politicians, men of words and leaders will debate long and hard. In the final analysis the system will be imperfect, and depend on human interpretation, honesty and integrity. Many people do their utmost to ensure fair play and a level playing field, despite the temptations of money, fame, power and ego-gratification.

 

Where man is concerned it is an imperfect world, and open to negativity and corruption. I hope the circumstances do not tarnish the good and the great in the game and the wonderful birds that have fired our awe and admiration in the past.
