OBIT FOR DAVE PADFIELD.
Dave was a giant of a man in the pigeon world. A shrewd and sharp personality, he had great individuality and intellect. With his genius brother Vince, the Padfields ruled supreme in marathon racing into Wales over 750 miles BICC Barcelona. Now he will become a myth, legend and find his seat at the head of pigeon racing folklore. His impact of his love for pigeons and the sport will survive for generations to come. I am proud that he had won 3 of my 4 BICC Barcelona trophies-
