WIN & WIN AGAIN PHILOSOPHY

All good competitors have a concept or perception in their mind’s eye of winning. Small fish are sweet and new starters or initiates into the inner sanctum of the sport yearn for victory as an idea or to surpass their peers and rivals. This is positive psychology and may fire ambition up the sweet ladder of acclaim. After numerous first places, a grander picture and scale of achievement may emerge from the lofty realms of consciousness - how significant was the level of the winning in relation to the sport? If this notion is duly recognised a bigger picture illustrated by national/international racing may loom large - now it is time to aspire to greatness, to make a mark in the historical context of the Barcelona International which is haunted by the ghosts of the greats.
