COMMITTEE MEETING & RACE PROGRAMME 2019 At the Autumn Committee meeting held in Salisbury on Sunday 14 th October, the 2019 RACE PROGRAMME WAS SELECTED AS FOLLOWS: 2019 Race Programme 1 st Old Bird Race – Fougeres Saturday 11 th May, 2 nd Old Bird Race – Ancenis Saturday 8 th June, 3 rd Old Bir COMMITTEE MEETING & RACE PROGRAMME 2019 At the Autumn Committee meeting held in Salisbury on Sunday 14 th October, the 2019 RACE PROGRAMME WAS SELECTED AS FOLLOWS: 2019 Race Programme 1 st Old Bird Race – Fougeres Saturday 11 th May, 2 nd Old Bird Race – Ancenis Saturday 8 th June, 3 rd Old Bird Race – To be confirmed. 4 th Old Bird Race – Fougeres Saturday 29 th June, 5 th Old Bird Race – Bordeaux Saturday 27 th July. Young Birds & Old Hens: Fougeres Saturday 31 st August. Our longest old bird race flown from Spain could not be decided due to AGM propositions received from the members. This will be discussed after the ballot papers have been returned. All propositions along with the balance sheet/ accounts and your 2019 membership subscription renewal form have now been sent out along with any diplomas awarded this year. Any resignations must be received by Saturday 17 th November 2018 when the AGM takes place in Bournemouth. Annual Young Bird Sale 2019 The young bird sale has a change of venue. It will now take place at Sarisbury Social CLUB, BRIDGE ROAD, SARISBURY GREEN, SOUTHAMPTON ON SUNDAY 14 th April 2019. If you would like to donate a young bird/s please could you let me know or tick the box on your subscription renewal form. British Barcelona Club Stud After many years of the Stud running, it has now come time to close the doors. The Stud has served the BBC well and we would like to thank everyone who has donated their best over the years. All remaining birds will be offered back to the original donors. Clare Norman.
