It was very sad to hear of the passing of lifelong member of the sport Alan “Doddler” Bright of Loftus H/S, I first knew Doddler when he flew with Boosbeck H/S in the 1970s. The very popular Doddler was one of life’s characters who was liked by all both in and out of the sport, Doddler who had not been in the best of health for a while but despite his illness he fought on. Doddler's other great loves other than his family and friends was Terrier Dogs and Cage Birds where he had spent many, many happy times with over the years. Rest In Peace Doddler, gone but never forgotten. Condolences to Doddler's  family and friends at this very sad time.
