This weeks Yorkshire middle route Combine race from Sleaford on the 9th of April the birds were liberated in a Light Westerly wind with all the lads on the coast having a good day and Topping the Combine and the South Section is Derek Nicholls of Patrington on 1796. Topping the North Section is Colin Smith of Filey on 1730. Topping the West Section is George Atkinson of Eastrington on 1617. Topping the Central Section is Brian Rowson of Hull on 1689. Well done everyone for having such good returns on a day that was supposed to be rain all day.
Coastal South Section:
Patrington Haven Leisure Club. 8 members sent 193 birds with the red card going to Derek Nicholls on 1796 with a Premier Stud yearling Albert Derwa. Second place went to Derek Nicholls on 1796 with a Premier Stud 2yr old Multi Prize winning Herman Ceuster hen. Third place went to Robert Puttock on 1796 with a Premier Stud yearling Hardy Kruger. Fourth place went to Derek Nicholls on 1795 with a Premier stud yearling De Rauw Sablon double combine winning cock.
