This weeks Yorkshire middle route Combine race from Eastbourne on the 3rd of September was liberated in a South West wind. Topping the Combine and the South Section is Tony Meek of Patrington on 1568. Topping the North Section is Jess & Jen Hotham of Filey on 1540. Topping the Central Section is Franciosy & Bennett of Hull on 1520. Topping the West Section is Maurice Hodgson of Norton on 1438. Well done Tony and everyone else on the result.
Coastal South Section:
Patrington Haven Leisure Club. 8 members sent 157 birds with the red card going to Tony Meek on 1568 with a Vandenabeele. Second place went to Paul & Helen Johnson on 1544 with a pure Van de Merwe. Third place went to Paul & Helen Johnson on 1538 Van de Merwe x Bristol Cassaert. Fourth place went to Paul & Helen Johnson on 1533 with a Stuart Ward pure Van de Merwe.
Withernsea Homing Society. 3 members sent 43 birds with the red card Second Third and Fourth places all going to Tony Meek on 1509, 1485, 1470 and 1435 all with his family of Tongs Gaby Vandenabeeles.
Flamborough Homing Society. 9 members sent 126 birds with the red card going to Melvin Blackford on 1546 with one off his new stock. Second place went to Kerry & Lisa Mellonby on 1545 with a Premier stud Sablon. Third place went to Kerry & Lisa Mellonby on 1545 with a Premier Stud Bosua. Fourth place went again to Kerry & Lisa Mellonby on 1545 with a Premier Stud Albert Derwa which won the last Huntingdon.

Fourth place went to Alan Richardson on 1404 with a self bred Louis Thijs cock sitting eggs 14 days. McCourt & Winspear & Cowey win the noms.

Third place went to Franciosy & Bennett on 1488 with a Koopman x Vandenabeele hen. Fourth place went to George Rudd on 1477 with a Peter Van de Merwe x Van Rijn cock.
