This week’s race which is the last race of the season from Billericay on the 24th of September was liberated in a Southerly wind. Topping the Combine and the South Section is Kerry & Lisa Mellonby of Bridlington on 2218. Topping the North Section is Tony Robson of Hunmanby on 2190. Topping the Central Section is E. Barnes of Hull on 2173. Topping the West Section is S. Taylor of Norton on 2059. Well done everyone. I would like to thank the members for their nice messages and also thank them for their quick results which make my job a lot easier. Don’t forget your presentation night write ups with photo’s please.
Coastal South Section:
Flamborough Homing Society. 6 members sent 125 birds with the red card going to Kerry & Lisa Mellonby on 2218 with a Heremans Ceuster. Second and Third place went to Gray & Atkin on 2173 and 2166 with a pair of Dave Kennedy of Scotland De Saers. Fourth place went to Melvyn Blackford on 2156 with one of his new stock.
Patrington Haven Leisure Club. 4 members sent 101 birds with the red card going to Derek Nicholls on 2187 with a Premier Stud Albert Derwa. Second place went to Derek Nicholls on 2187 with a Premier Stud Heremans Ceuster which was 9th open Huntingdon. Third place went to Derek Nicholls again on 2187 with a Premier Stud Albert Derwa which was 12th open Huntingdon. Fourth place went to wife Andrea Nicholls on 2187 with a Premier Stud Rauwe Sablon.
Bridlington D.F.C. 4 members sent 51 birds with the red card and Third place going to Martin Milner on 2144 and 2076. Second and Fourth place went to Harry Smith on 2117 and 2076.
Hornsea & D. H. Society. 2 members sent 35 birds with the red card and Second Third and Fourth places going to Phil & June Edmond on 2079, 2036, 2032 and 1994 all with his Vandenabeeles.
Withernsea Homing Society. 3 members sent 39 birds with the red card going to Tony Meek on 2181 with a Vandenabeele which won Combine from Eastbourne. Second and Third places went to Tony Meek on 2135 and 2135 with a pair of Vandenabeeles. Fourth place went to Dave Beadle on 2131 with a Ceuster gift bird off M. Pauson.

Filey Homing Society. 4 members sent 45 birds with the red card going to Mr & Mrs Hotham on 2163 with a self bred Locker & Brecken x Peter Van Osch. Second and Third places went to Mervyn Hinchcliffe on 2160 and 2159 with a pair of M Duff of Keithley Heremans Ceusters. Fourth place went to Colin Smith on 2158 with a Vandenabeele.
Hunmanby Homing Society. 4 members sent 59 birds with the red card and Second and Third and Fourth places going to Tony Robson on 2190, 2188, 2161 and 2142 all with his family of Vandenabeeles.
Scarborough Social Club. 4 members sent 47 birds with the red card going to Sue & Ken Skelton on 2161 with a self bred Premier stud Hardy Kruger. Second place went to Derek Howard and Paddy Johnson on 2152 with one of their Keith Arklass breed. Third place went to Terry & Paul Douthwaite on 2148 with a Geerinckx x Wouters x Steveninck. Fourth place went to Terry & Paul Douthwaite on 2145 with a Benny Steveninck which has had a 1st and 6th Newark.

Second place went to McCourt & Son (P. Abbot) on 2141 with a hen self bred from G & M McCourt of Ireland stock which was 4th last week. Third place went to McCourt & Son (P. Abbot) with a Kings Bros of Kings Lyn x Alan Richardson Heremans ceuster. Fourth place went to Alan Richardson on 2116 with a self bred Louis Thijs Hermans Ceuster hen. Paul Abbot and Alan Richardson win the noms.
Central Section:

Barnes on 2028 with a self bred James Smith Koopman hen. Third place went to Gary Jones on 2007 with a Soontjen. Fourth place went to Gary Jones on 2007 with a D. Bibby Jos Thone.

Little Weighton Club. 3 members sent 44 birds with the red card going to Bob Lonsdale on 1957. Second Third & Fourth place went to Jacksons & Fletcher on 1937 1935 and 1934.

Cottingham Homing Society. Only one member sent 36 birds Dave Robinson with a Graham Howman Janssen on 2105 a Premier Gaston which scored at two races. Then with a Jos Thone x G. Howman Janssen which was 2nd last week and then he had a Premier Gaston.
