Its been a very busy day to-day, we have had quiet a lot of fanciers bringing pigeons which is the way we like it, all the fanciers were given a good look around and I did manage to get a few pictures, it is impossible to mention everyone however here is a few,
I will give a special mention to Mr William Horton who is now 80 years old he came along with Alan Peach, both these fanciers have been with us since we started out, It was also nice to see Carl and Lisa Ford who bought along their 15 entries for Fordy’s loft, Carl has won Hot Spot race in 2018 and 2019 plus was 11th in 2018 and 22nd in 2019 finals, Pete Boulton from Doncaster bought along his entries for Willow Tree Loft Syndicate, we had three crackers for the Richardson, Sayles & Gregory Syndicate, Mick Titley delivered his three beauties, local fancier’s Clarence and Carl Haymes bought their second kit of three and again absolute belters, this syndicate was 9th open in a very hard 2019 final, I would like to thank all these fanciers for bringing us youngsters which are not too young, they were all the perfect age, also late last night we had a nice kit of three come down from Scotland for Damian Pakula, again all the birds were vaccinated and assigned their ETS rings, we have more arriving tomorrow.
I had most fanciers saying how the Sparrowhawk is causing a lot of problems at their lofts, this is always a worry when the youngsters are on the loft and this is why we never leave the loft unattended
