THE REAL,TRUE,GENUINE PIGEON MAN.
This character type thinks birds, dreams birds, reads birds and talks birds. Not just an attention seeker who needs a quick fame buzz out of the limelight, he dedicates his total being to success as a breeding and racing man, with real results to show for it. I have made a 66 year study of birds and wildlife and they are at the top of my tree. Contrary to popular trends I rate the creation of a strain as the primary objective of a true pigeon fancier. The marathon men are becoming an endangered species as the old guard cease to be competitive with the passage of modern times. The way to recognition within the sport is found in the unusual or eccentric.

WORLD OF THE IMAGINATION.
In the inner world ,you may feel free to let the mind create any idea or image within the bounds of possibility. The limit is imposed by the power of the brain to generate consciousness to be processed as verbal or visual responses. These may be the result of external stimuli , or traits of humanity that have evolved or been hidden over thousands of years of human development. The individual psyche may be a conduit that taps into a very large picture that mirrors the human condition. The mystic may experience an awesome feeling of union with life. It is the result of hyperstimulation and very human.

POST TRAUMATIC STRESS SYMPTOMS.
The inner manifestations of this syndrome are disturbing. It is common for the person to feel acute anxiety, and to be the subject of recurring bad dreams or nightmares. The delicate and sensitive brain has been shocked and traumatised, and the subjective effects may be felt for a lifetime. Globally, millions of people will pay the price for exposure to too many negative external stimuli. Men at war, prisoners, and the psychotic and countless others will live and die with post-traumatic stress. We are light years away from probing the deepest understanding of the brain/mind synthesis. The essence is to know your own mind, to be captain of your own soul!

NORTHERN MARKING STATION FOR THE BICC
With the expansion northwards of the great National and International racing club The BICC, an active marking station in Yorkshire, the largest county may be ideal. This practical idea could work if enough people organised actual sending of birds to the races. An ambitious fancier would aim for the International racepoints up to Barcelona ,as I did some 23 years ago. However to race with regularity would require specialist skills, knowledge, great birds and dogged persistence, patience, perseverance. The shorter National races would be appealing to many people in Yorks/Lancs and the far Nor East to Scotland. One great result in a racing lifetime is all you need. As a bonus I have donated 4 quality trophies to be won at the Barcelona race. Join the club and go for greatness, become a legend of the sport.
